Chocolate Frankenheart - It's alive!!!

This chocolate work of art from Chocolate F/X mad scientist Andrea Smith is monstrously beautiful. Filled with caramel ganache and crisp biscuit pearls, the Frankenheart is almost too exquisite to eat...almost. It's available for $25 at the Batch store in the Nashville Farmers Market. But hurry because this monster might get away.
