A serial entrepreneur, professional speaker, and published author, Sam Davidson likes to turn ideas into reality (or inspire others to do the same). Having grown up in Nashville, he loves the character and vitality the city has to offer and loves exploring local restaurants and shops when he's on the road, looking to grow and expand Batch's mission and vision. He's also been known to hoard the black and tan brownies with snickerdoodle crust from purveyor Dozen Bakery.
With a background in design, operations, and dreaming big, Stephen Moseley enjoys finding the best way to get something done. Growing up and going to college in Nashville, he has seen the city change and grow to become the cultural center it has today. When not running trails at Warner Park or sipping coffee from his favorite local shops, he's making sure customer orders are getting out the door and to our customers to enjoy and share. He also has a soft spot for locally-made items that take a walk on the spicy side.
As a designer, branding consultant, and art director, Rob Williams knows the power of imagery and its ability to invoke feeling and connection. Proud to call Nashville home after a stint in New York, he has seen this town become a place where brands can thrive if they're willing to be creative and consistent, which he makes sure Batch does with every new product or service offered. And whenever we get samples of items that claim to have touches of bourbon, he's first in line to sample.

Stacy Mosley welcomes each visitor to the store with a warm smile and wants to share the story of the handcrafted goods that line the store's shelves. A veteran of retail management and merchandising, Stacy's focus on the customer experience results in customers that return to chat, pick up their regular order, and even send Stacy a thank you letter for hosting them at the store.
A purveyor herself, Megan has spent time in the mountains of Northern Thailand sourcing some of the best coffee in the world. She understands the excitement of starting a business, creating a brand and the hard work it takes to help it grow every step of the way. Megan is excited to work with purveyors from cities across the south to assemble and coordinate batch's operations behind the scenes. When she's not placing POs or receiving product, she is hiking and exploring TN's state parks.
