"Help Us, Rhonda" by the Batch Boys

This is Batch's first attempt at parody songwriting, only we're completely serious. Please, help us Rhonda. 

During the holiday season (which starts in September around here), the Batch warehouse is a frenzy. Gifts are being lassoed with matte raffia ribbon. Hands are smudged with stamp ink. Crinkle covers the floor like a fresh blanket of snow. 

When not packing immediate orders, we spend time preparing for the holidays. Orders come in—employee welcome gifts, client thank-yous or event gifts— and we attack them, ravenously, and then go back to internal improvement on our website and operations. With the intensity of Christmastime looming, we are like olympic athletes lurching around the starters' blocks.

...And that's where Rhonda comes in. 

Rhonda Ladner is the newest addition to the Batch team. As our National Sales Director, Rhonda is going to be our ambassador to corporate clients across the country. Her mission, as she's chosen to accept it, is to carry Batch to more and more businesses outside of Nashville, so we can grow in our efforts to efficiently source great local gifts, nationally. That means more small business products. More gifts delivered.  More joy unpacked. More orders for the warehouse crew.

Rhonda is arriving at Batch with a wide range of experience in Sales, Professional Development, and Project Management. She's sold both to and for large companies, and been a sales trainer for small businesses. She's done process development and site acquisition for AT&T, and started her own local consulting firm. In short, she knows the "ins" and "outs" of what it takes for businesses big and small to thrive together. 

Rhonda has already been an inspiration to the team, even just in her onboarding. She's organized, responsive, courteous, and eager to learn. Her voracious appetite to understand Batch's brand, operations, and team is infectious, and we can't wait to see how Batch continues to grow alongside her.
