• Uncapped earning potential consisting of base salary + individual and team commissions

Location: Remote; preference given to candidates in major corporate sales markets

We are looking for a go-getter and self-starter, a proven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who has deep connections in key industries or in key corporate geographic markets. What the hell does that mean? Good question.

We want someone who’s well connected in a given industry or category that buys a lot of gifts for employees, clients, prospects, or vendors. Think healthcare, technology, hospitality, SAAS, human resources, financial services, legal, sales, or client relations. Let’s build upon your skills and communities to help more people than ever send gifts that matter.

Also up for grabs? Someone who’s just as connected in a given geographic area. Batch now has sales people able to cover core gifting markets like Nashville, New Orleans, and Chicago. If you’re the “unofficial mayor” of a growing market that has a high concentration of corporate events or major regional or national offices, we’d love to talk as well. Help us grow into a new part of the country by building relationships with the companies and decision makers who call it home.

We need someone who isn’t afraid to knock on doors or pick up a phone in an effort to establish new relationships for Batch among corporate America. You’ll be getting in on the ground floor of a growing gift company that is quickly expanding and has marketing and advertising dollars at its disposal in order to grow its brand new markets.
