A Perfect Volunteer Thank You Gift
Nurture the Next, whose vision is to see all children in Tennessee thriving in safe, stable and nurturing families and communities, recently contacted us to work on a special gift to thank their network of parent volunteers. We were thrilled to get to work and help a critical agency thank one of its most precious recourses.
We first selected a variety of items that would be thoughtful and useful to each recipient (parents) by including:
- Some snacks for immediate enjoyment and sharing
- Something that the family could make/enjoy together
- A keepsake that was also something fun for any kids
That resulted in:
- Kernels Popcorn (snackable)
- Willa's Shortbread Cookies (snackable)
- Frothy Monkey Whole Bean Coffee (for the parents)
- Southern Spooning Chocolate Sauce (for a family kitchen/baking activity)
- Brightstone Blondie Mix (for a family kitchen/baking activity)
- 100-piece Tennessee state puzzle (for the kids)
Once those were finalized, Nurture the Next let us know they'd like to add their own personal touch to each gift by including:
- A Nurture the Next branded travel coffee mug
- A personalized printed note explaining the gift
- Nuture the Next branding on each gift box
And voila! The final product looked like this:
We were able to offer this customized gift quickly as the entire project took less than three weeks to coordinate, source, and ship. Recipients were delighted and all look forward to helping Nurture the Next for a long time.
